Scammer Script / Description

Browser pop-up locks computer with message directing victim to call Microsoft Technician at this number. Caller 'Alex Costa' (Employee ID MS4979) instructs victim to download UltraViewer remote access software. Scammer then remotely accesses computer and attempts to access credit card apps. Reported Oct 2025 on 800notes.
