TitanAlert is an informational database of credit card statement descriptors associated with reported fraud, scams, and unauthorized charges. We provide information only. We do not:

• Process refunds or chargebacks
• Contact banks or merchants on your behalf
• Provide legal or financial advice

Always contact your bank or card issuer directly to dispute charges. Our content is for general awareness and research only.

User Submissions

When you submit a report (descriptor, description, and other optional details), you grant TitanAlert a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and incorporate that content into our database and public-facing pages. We may use submitted information to update descriptor records, report counts, and related content.

You represent that you have the right to share the information you submit and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit confidential or others' personal information beyond what is needed to describe the charge.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reports
• Scrape, crawl, or automate bulk access in a way that burdens our systems
