Voicemail: "This message is intended for XXXXX regarding reference case number XXXXX. This is Hannah with the proof serve processing. This is the final notice. Two attempts are going to be made to serve you a notice of action pertaining to a property investigation being finalized against you. For further details on the case or to change its active service status, please contact the conducting legal office at 866-224-5076. When calling the issuing office, please reference your case number. Failure to contact them immediately will result in further legal actions against you. You have been notified." Also, claims to have Social Security number and addresses, threatening lien on home for "Unpaid Debt" and legal action.
