Scammer Script / Description

Recorded message offering to lower interest rates, asking for personal info, claiming to be "Cardholder Services" or "Credit Card Services". Some callers hang up when asked for company name or when user asks which credit card will be lowered. Some claim it's a "final notice" to lower interest rates to as low as 6.99%.
