DFPI — Victim narrative (California)
A California resident reports learning about the crypto asset trading platform, YSPA Crypto (https://wap.yspacrypto.co), from “Lena” who claimed she would provide trading signals to make profits. Further, Lena said that the more money the resident put into YSPA Crypto, the higher they would be ranked. But when the victim began trading, their account showed a loss. The victim told Lena, who then disappeared. The victim has been unable to withdraw their funds, and the website is no longer operational.
