The victim was initially skeptical of a relationship formed exclusively online, but Wen continued to woo them, putting great efforts into the relationship such as by claiming that “distance was not an issue to people who loved each other,” eventually gaining the victim’s trust.Wen began to talk about the future, and said finances should not be something they should worry about.
