DFPI — Victim narrative (California)
A California resident identified a website (XCointrading.com) that advertised “Buy and Sell Coins at the Crypto with minimal fees of 1%” and stated all user funds were stored on the project wallets. It also said “Do not trust the project – do not make a deposit in any case. Nobody is forcing you to do this! You yourself say this a risk! If this is a risk to you, don’t do it.” The website is no longer operational.
