A California resident reports encountering a crypto coin offering offered at the web domain, Tesladigital.us. The website touted plans to go public, but continually push back the coin’s anticipated launch date. At one point, the website claimed there were only two days left to purchase “Teslacoin” (TES) as an early investor before it would close for 6 months. The victim decided to invest at $0.95 a share.
