A California resident reports being invited to an online investment group called the Summit Wealth Investment Education Foundation by “Pedro” and “Emily” who promised they could earn profits trading in crypto assets if they opened an account on the crypto asset trading platform Strike Chain Inc. Following Pedro and Emily’s instructions, the victim opened an account on the platform and signed an investment agreement. The resident transferred money to platform and began trading.
