DFPI — Victim narrative (California)
A Californian reports receiving multiple phone calls from Rolly Invest Group promising they could earn money by investing in their platform at https://rollysolution.com/. Working with “Max”, a representative from the platform , the victim started with an initial investment of $250 and later increased their investment to over $2,000. But when the victim tried to withdraw funds, the platform said that their funds were being held by the Federal Reserve bank.
