A Californian reports encountering a crypto-related investment group through WhatsApp led by person named Ned. Ned encouraged the group to invest together in his “trading program”. After observing the group chat for a while, the victim was persuaded to invest and created an account on the app Ned provided at https://pc.dbg-coltdfx.cc/#/. The victim sent funds to the wallet address associated with the platform and believed they were making investment gains on the platform.
