DFPI — Victim narrative (California)
A Californian reports a crypto trading advice channel called ICT Chartist on Telegram, which showed about 43,000 followers and offered information and guides about trading crypto. One day, the channel posted a step-by-step video tutorial about making money with crypto arbitrage trading. The video tutorial showed followers how to buy Ethereum on a centralized exchange, transfer it to a site called lzfu.com where the price of Ethereum would be lower, and then convert the Ethereum into USDT for a profit. The channel said that users could execute this trade with up to $800,000 of Ethereum each day
