Three Californians reported about the crypto asset trading platform coinmatevip.com.The first victim met “LinXinXin” and “Scarlett” online, who claimed to be “consortium administrators” for the crypto trading platform, h5.coinmate.vip.com and encouraged the victim to open an account. Over a period of months and under the instructions of LinXinXin and Scarlett, the victim deposited funds to the platform.
