A California consumer reports about their experience with the crypto asset platform operating at firepin.io. The consumer was led to believe they could purchase a new crypto asset token before it went public. The consumer deposited funds on firepin.io to purchase the token but later requested a refund and received no response. The consumer has not recovered any funds, and the website is no longer operational.
