DFPI — Victim narrative (California)
Multiple California residents report on their experience with a crypto asset venture operating on the website etfswappresale.com. They report the site offered initial coin offerings (ICO’s). But after they deposited funds on the website to invest in the ICO’s, they didn’t get the coins, nor could they get their money back. One victim reported that all their crypto assets were transferred out of their crypto wallet after they clicked on a related website, etfswappresale.live. Neither of the websites are currently active.
