DFPI — Victim narrative (California)
A California reports on the experience with the crypto asset trading platform, Chain Trade LTD, operating at ctante.com. The resident opened an account on the platform and believed they were trading crypto assets, though in fact they were not. But When the resident tried to withdraw funds, the platform’s customer service said the account was frozen. The resident has not been able to recover any funds from the platform and the website is no longer operational.
