Multiple California residents report on their experience with a fraudulent crytocurrency trading platform at crypen.com. The residents report joining a WhatsApp group named “Techcrisis Investment Guild.” The group recommended the residents to invest in “TGD” tokens on the platform. Following the group's recommendation, the residents created a crypen.com account and invested funds to purchase “TGD” tokens.
