The victim opened an account on this website after being referred by a friend “Lisa.” She was subsequently contacted by “Roman” who, communicating through Line Chat, told the victim he was an expert in economics, and could teach her step by step how to make money. During the next few weeks Roman convinced her to put in as much money as she could, including borrowing money from friends or taking out a loan if necessary.
