A California consumer reports opening an account on the crypto asset exchange at https://bybukx.com to convert Ethereum (ETH), to Tether (USDT). But when the victim attempted to transfer the USDT back to their primary exchange, the withdrawal was blocked.The victim contacted the site’s customer support, and was told that they needed to obtain VIP status by depositing an additional 50,000 USDT, along with a 3 USDT insurance payment to withdraw their crypto assets.The victim followed the instructions, but the site demanded another 50,000 USDT.
