DFPI — Victim narrative (California)
A Californian reports clicking on an Instagram ad offering online crypto asset trading services and “guaranteed profits” through the trading platform, Bond Finance at bondltdfinance.com. Shortly after clicking on the ad, “Grigory” contacted the victim and said a financial analyst named “Alexander” would work with them. Alexander helped the victim create an account on the Bond Finance platform and instructed them how to buy crypto assets and transfer them to the account. Over time, the victim transferred more funds to Bond Finance for trading, and believed their trades had earned them $47,000.B
