Multiple California residents reported losing all access to the funds they invested in a purported cryptocurrency trading platform called Amgex.The first California victim met an individual calling themselves “Emily” on WhatsApp who encouraged the victim to download the app at amgexohn.com. Emily advised the victim that her uncle was a professional trader with a team of about twenty people determining when to buy or sell crypto assets.
